Ian Pyper was born in Liverpool, north-west
England in 1955. Self-taught and working intuitively, his art is a form of pure
meditation and deeply spiritual contemplation. Ian's drawings have appeared in
numerous exhibitions in Europe, the USA, and Japan; also in Raw Vision and Resurgence
magazines and a number of other small-press publications the UK and France. His
work has also have been featured in the Artesian Gallery publication 'Black Tide:Ink
Drawings by Human Beings'. Ian currently lives and works close to the sea in Brighton.
